While I’m sitting here waiting until it’s time to pick up Willow and Oz from the vet, I thought I would post our cabin pictures. The vet’s office called and said they had awakened and were doing fine, and that I could pick them up in about four hours. In addition to the neutering, they fixed a hernia Oz had.
Anyway, on to the pictures. I’m going to have a hard time picking out my favorites, but there are too many to post. It amazes me how much clearer they are on my iPad than on my computer. The iPad display rocks.
WOW!!! Beautiful area. It looks SOOOOO peaceful!!!
It’s an awesome place, Juli! I’ve been there before but this was the first time for Lauralynn. I think she would have stayed for a whole month if she could. 😉
It was peaceful, Julie. So relaxing!
I’d be in heaven there. Looks like an amazing spot.
I’ve always wanted a porch like I see in the movies. Our homes don’t come with porches and swings here 😦
That was a HUGE porch. Now I want a rocking chair for my deck. No porches there? Btw, my son went to Ireland on his honeymoon. 🙂
What a beautiful location to take a weekend with a friend. Looks like an amazing writing spot!!
It was a great spot for writing…and editing. Lol.
I want to go back!
Very rustic and sanguine, I see how easily one could fall in love with a place like that. I just need to move about 15 miles away from the lake and I too could have a place like that. Come on lottery, daddy wants a new house!!
I actually live back in the woods. But I don’t have a river or a lake. There’s just something so peaceful about water.
What a wonderful place to rent for a weekend of writing. I actually rented a place like that last December for an overnight bachelor party, and was looking for a reason to get back there… maybe it’s time for my own weekend writing trip!
Mike, you really should do it. It’s so peaceful…a great writing environment
Forget renting. Where would I buy a place like that? It’s so beautiful!
I really wish I could afford it. It’s only an hour from where I live, and it would be great to have it for a nice get away. I really had a great time there.
