There are just some things in life that are beautiful.

Duke – 8 or 9 months old

Chipper – 13 years old

The only bad thing is…it’s hard having two alpha dogs. LOL

Duke looks so big now! He’s roughly the same age as the rescue we adopted a few months ago. Talk about mischief… Does Duke chew everything he can get his mouth around like my little dude?

Chipper looks in great shape, btw. I hope my dogs are still living the good life at that age. 🙂

  Duke has gotten really big, and I don’t think he’s quite finished growing yet. Almost, but he has to grow into his huge paws. 🙂 When we were letting him in the house during the winter, he would chew on everything he could sink his teeth into. He especially liked cloth things like dish cloths and socks. He’s outside on a long run with a dog house now.
  
  Chipper sometimes acts like a puppy. Then other times, he creeps around like he has arthritis, mostly when he just wakes up. He sometimes still likes the game when I chase him and he runs from me, then turns around and taunts me. LOL

  They are, aren’t they? I’m just an animal lover at heart, and if I didn’t work all day, I would consider adding other critters. I’ve had rats and an iguana. The rats were so much fun, but they don’t have a long life span, so I might just stick to dogs and cats.
