A couple of posts ago, I asked for suggestions on finding gourmet items that are hard for me to find locally. I only got a couple of suggestions, which disappointed me. But one suggestion was the one I needed! I had seen some things sold by “igourmet” on Amazon, and someone commented that they could vouch for them. I checked out their website, and now I’m giddy as a school girl. They have everything I could possibly need! My mouth is watering at all the cheeses they have to offer. And they have the Irish butter I need. I chatted with customer service and asked about shipping it in this heat, and they promptly responded and said it was packed with lots of dry ice. I should still probably have it shipped here at work rather than let it sit outside at home. Squeeeee! What a yummy site!

Try Kerry Gold if it’s delicious Irish butter you’re after, though I’m not sure if igourmet has it.
Emma, that’s exactly what I ordered! I’ve had it before and it’s delicious. I ordered the butter and several cheeses, plus Double Devon Cream. There are recipes on the website for the items they carry, too.

Who said I was looking for healthy recipes??? Hahahahahahaha. Seriously, I will check that out. But one of the things I’ve discovered about the way I eat is that I just can’t eat healthy stuff all the time. I’ll quit trying every time if I’m forced to do that. So I’m doing better with portion control than with changing WHAT I eat. However…I’m still willing to try healthy stuff at least once to see if I like it. If I do, then I can put that on my “yes” list. LOL. Weren’t you going to send me some lentil recipes? 😉 There are some healthy things I like. But I will not compromise on cheese. No low fat cheese for me (except maybe Laughing Cow). I would rather eat less of the real thing than more of the light stuff.
Okay, I’m off to see what Katie is all about. 🙂 I hope she isn’t really wearing chocolate. Hee hee.
