It’s been raining for three days straight, and it’s supposed to continue into tomorrow. We are under a flood watch, and some schools in the area are closed today because of flooding. Here is a picture of the creek behind my office. I took this pic from the window at the back of my office. If there’s much more rain, I might have to evacuate. LOL

LOL. Since I can’t have cake anyway, the rowboat would be much more helpful. Our office is in a trailer. I expect it to be washed away one of these days. 🙂

And yes, I’m over the rain now…..sigh. My creek at home was up and over the banks this morning.
The schools in our county aren’t closed, but in a neighboring county, they are. Yep, I’m ready for some sunshine.

Now there’s water coming into my office from between the wall and the floor. No one can figure out where it’s building up. My carpet is soaking wet in a HUGE spot. That sounds like a reason to go home, right???

Ah, the joys of working in a trailer, I don’t miss that at all. As for the weather here, I thought we had a light dusting of snow, got my heavy duty broom and went outside to sweep it away only to find that it was all ice, shiny, shiny ice. So I bought extra beer and keep it chilled outside while I make room in my fridge 🙂

Yeah, I wish we had a different building. But at least my office is big.
