Last night, I finally sat down in my new chair at my desk and wrote 999 words. That’s all. 🙂

Yay! What a great update. (Oh and yay on the new chair. I read the story of the chair yesterday and it sounds great!)
Thanks, Rose. I hope my momentum continues.
The magical chair! 🙂 I need me a new one, too. I ache too quickly right now.
Oh, it was so much better in this chair! It really makes a difference when you’re comfy.
I’ll have to make a change, because I’m avoiding my office like the plague right now and sitting on my bed. I feel like napping the whole time. Lol.
Btw, did you post a pic of the new pup?
I haven’t yet, but I’m going to. He’s doubled in weight in about 3 or 4 weeks. Our other pup, Daisy, disappeared, so we’re trying to keep this one enclosed. So now we have poop in our garage, not to mention all the things he’s gotten into. We need to find another way of confinement.
Aw, poor Daisy. She probably made another family fall for her. 🙂
I haven’t figured out a good way to confine our youngest dog either. . Poo is a pain. 😉
LOL, 999? Couldn’t push it just one more??
Actually, I like 999 better than 1000 as a number anyway. Nicely done, Lauralynn. 🙂
I almost typed a random word at the end. LOL. But I decided I liked 999. 🙂
Nice!! 🙂
Thanks, Emma!
Yay for new chair! And that’s a marvelous sit down word count!
Thanks, Kait. It’s always slow going for me when I start something new, trying to figure out how much back story to tell right away. (Lots of delete, delete, LOL.) I was surprised, but pleased that I got that many words the first day.
Great Job!!
I really need a new chair now
It’s a magic chair.
999… what a nice rounded number! Love it. A magic chair has spoken!
It sounded even better than 1000. 🙂 A good chair works wonders. 🙂
