There’s not a lot to report. Blood sugar is staying steady. I lost another 1/2 lb. this week. I’ve been doing a lot of exercise, but the past few days I haven’t felt well, so I took off a couple of exercise days.
I’m pretty happy with my progress. I would like to lose weight a little faster, but slow and steady wins the race. Well, at least in the case of the tortoise and the hare. LOL

You probably already mentioned this, but does this taste good? And what flavor are you drinking?
I like it a lot, especially when I make it in the blender and add some ice, which makes it more like a real milkshake. I drink the chocolate.

Thanks! It’s really good. You can add stuff like fruit, but all I’ve ever added was some coffee to make a mocha. I haven’t seen any other shake with this much good stuff in it.
